Individual Therapy

$130/session (Private Pay + Health Choice Insurance accepted)

Individual therapy is a safe, non-judgmental space for you to come and process your life story. During our time together, we will dive deeper in to who you are, the current challenges in your life and possibly even explore things from the past such as trauma, parent/child dynamics, previous relationships and self-limiting beliefs that might be contributing to present problems in your life. The time you spend in therapy can be a space regain meaning and purpose, find new ways to engage your emotions, heal from past hurts and get back in touch with your authentic self.

I value creative, vulnerable, and evidence-based approaches that will allow you to gain awareness of both yourself and others. Some of the modalities that I lean into the most are Acceptance-Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as principles from the Enneagram Institute.

Couples Therapy

$130/session (Private Pay + Health Choice Insurance accepted)

I enjoy working with couples who are dating, about to get married or are within the first five years of marriage. I believe each of these seasons within the relationship are crucial times to build a healthy foundation that will allow your relationship to thrive for years to come. Couples often find it helpful to use our time together to strengthen communication skills, learn conflict management, navigate life transitions, understand each others personalities and ultimately build intimacy.

After our first session together, I will offer to send either the Gottman or Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) assessment for you both to take, which can serve as a guide for our process together. These tools sometimes include practical applications that can be used outside of session, which I have found to be very beneficial in helping couples find their way forward, together. <3

Group Therapy

$50/session (Private Pay + Health Choice Insurance accepted)

Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents

  • This is one of my recurring groups that typically has a session in the Fall, Spring and Summer. (1.5 hr/week for 8 weeks)

Additional Rate Information

Payment

I accept private pay and am an out of network provider for all insurance companies. If you would like to use your out of network benefits, please contact your insurance company and ask about “out of network coverage for a licensed professional counselor”. Some insurance companies will ask for a CPT billing code which you can tell them it will be for either 90791 (initial session) or 90837 (all sessions after). If your insurance will reimburse you for this service, I can provide you with a receipt for all of our sessions to submit directly to them.

Payment for therapy services can be made via credit/debit card, HSA/FSA card, cash or check. Payment is due at time of session. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of session) will be charged a $75 fee. Late cancellations within an hour of scheduled session time OR no shows will be charged the full session fee. Please note: If you are planning to use a credit/debit card for payment there will be a 3% convenience fee.

Sliding Scale

I believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone and so I do have a limited number of sliding-scale openings. Email me for availability. If I do not currently have availability for sliding scale, I will be happy to provide referrals.
